A brother (16) a sister (15) walking to the train platform holding hands. Then whilst waiting for the train shared a kiss.
Whilst this should be a heartwarming sight, I find myself torn between disgust and envy. Why? Shouldn’t siblings have a close relationship? What is it about today’s society that has my emotions Soo mixed over this truly rare close sibling relationship?
I like to think of myself as pretty unjudgmental but this just goes to prove that there are stereotypical behaviours that we all expect and are lost without.

Platform Four: Retford to York Retford station is where dreams go to die. To wait there is to step into the Narnia of the rail network, you will wait hours, maybe days for a connecting train, yet when it arrives it transpires that you have stood there waiting for only ten or fifteen minutes.
